It's highly unlikely that it will be economically viable for you to replace the engine in that car. The cost of doing so, even for a second hand engine, would most likely exceed the value of the car. It'll be nigh on impossible to find a low-mileage second hand engine with any kind of warranty and reassurance and a new engine will cost a lot lot more. I'd urge you not to continue down this path and instead sell or trade in your car for scrap.
