It depends on which Mazda3 you mean. There aren’t many of the current shape 1.5 Mazda3s around, most are nearly-new 2016 models and the starting price seems to be around €22,000 for one of those. Now, there are old shape Mazda3s with a 1.5 engine around, but these are actually technically Japanese imports, and are badged Mazda Axelas. Nothing much wrong with them, but make sure you can find parts and servicing before you buy. Prices for those seem to start at around €4,900.
