There is no maximum mileage limit from cars, the Opel Insignia CDTi included. As long as it is well maintained and has a full service history, it can go on indefinitely. That’s not to say, however, that ancillaries will not require changing during its life; for instance, on any turbocharged engine (which the Insignia in question has), the turbo itself will have a limited shelf life. But if it is replaced/reconditioned in a timely fashion, then the engine should go on, potentially, forever.
