quashqui 1.5 diesel. How much to fill the tank and long does a full tank last??
Hi Sarah,
The current-shape Nissan Qashqai has a 55-litre fuel tank, so brimming that from absolute empty will cost you €69.24 at today's average price. Of course, very few people fill up from absolute empty, so it’s more likely to cost between €55 and €60 to fill up from around quarter full. As for how long it will last, well… the official average fuel consumption figure for the 1.5 dCi diesel mode is 3.8 litres per 100km, or 74mpg. With a full 55 litres of diesel on board, that will theoretically allow you to put 1,447km between refills. That’s a lot, and it’s also unrealistic. What’s much more likely is that you’ll get around 50mpg, or 5.6 litres per 100km out of your Qashqai, which would give a range of around 982km from brim to empty.
