It all comes down to servicing and care. Is that the 1.6 diesel model? If so, it’s fairly robust engine, but you need to keep an eye out for water pump failure and leaky oil pumps, plus it absolutely has to get a steady diet of  high-quality synthetic oil at service time. Other than that, the Focus is generally a pretty robust car, so as long as it has been fastidiously serviced up to now, and you keep that level of servicing and general care and attention up, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to clock up mega-miles in the years ahead.
