What is the most mileage you will get out of a 1.4 petrol golf 2007? It has 215000 km on it presently.
Hi Mick,
You sound like you’re talking about how long will the car last and the answer is ‘indefinitely’. With the right servicing, maintenance and care (and, obviously, some expenditure), older cars can be made to last far, far longer than 200,000km. The Golf Mk5 was always a solid car and the 1.4-litre petrol engine is a reasonably simple, durable unit, so there’s no reason why your VW can’t go on to double its current mileage.
