Assuming it’s a 1.7 CRDi 2WD, the most common type of ix35 in Ireland, it could do up to 54.3mpg (5.2 litres/100km). It had a 55-litre fuel tank, so that means – in theory – you can go up to 1,060km on a single fill-up, although this is unlikely as you’d need to get its best fuel economy from it for every single kilometre in order to achieve such distance. Expect around 700-900km on a tank as a more realistic figure.
