BMW quotes 3.2 litres/100km (88.3mpg) for this car, but that figure was achieved on the official WLTP test cycle, which isn't very representative of real-world driving, and that doesn't show the energy consumption from the battery, either (it's 20.5kWh/100km on top of that).

The more you drive this car without charging up the battery from an external source, the further away it will get from that number.
