Help me out with buying from a dealer...
I'm trading in my car for a new one, there is a car onsite at dealers, new with 500k on clock is this ok and should I expect price drop for this. Also what do dealers charge on top of price of car for delivery etc.?

If the car has already been registered, then you should expect a significant discount from the new price. As for dealer charges, these usually only apply to a new, unregistered car and usually add up to around €500 to €750, depending on the brand and the dealer.
