Potentially, yes, as Skoda makes very solid, reliable cars and, as long as it comes with a full and complete service history, that mileage should be OK, if a bit on the high side. That said, I’d shop around a bit. The Rapid, although a decent car, is very much built down to a price and is quite basic and unrefined in places. The slightly larger Octavia is a much more sophisticated car, but not a huge amount more expensive, so a bit of digging should turn one up at a similar price to the Rapid.
