Good first car for €6,000?
What would be a good small car to buy for first time woman driver in my 40 s.budget 6000.

It doesn’t matter your age or sex, first-time drivers are always best off in smaller hatchbacks, or superminis. And the best of the breed, for quite some time, has been the Ford Fiesta. A €6,000 budget should see you secure a nice 2009 or 2010 Titanium model, either with the 90hp TDCi engine or a 1.25-litre petrol Zetec. Either way, it’s a lovely car and one that’s terrifically easy and rewarding to drive.
