Anything small and underpowered – so a 1.2-litre engine or smaller. You’re straight away looking at city cars as a result, so consider the Hyundai i10, Kia Picanto, Volkswagen Up, Skoda Citigo, SEAT Mii, Peugeot 108, Citroen C1, Renault Twingo, Toyota Aygo and Opel Karl.
