Golf or Polo for commuting?
Looking to buy a used car - can't decide between a VW Golf or a VW Polo. I need it to commute to and from work mainly (about 40 minute drive on the motorway) . Seems to be about $1000 difference in price. Thanks

Both Golf and Polo are excellent cars, but if you’re doing a motorway commute, then I would think that the extra space and comfort of the Golf might well be worth the extra money. There’s little difference between them in terms of overall economy and running costs (depending on which models you’re comparing) and the Golf’s extra refinement is really nice to have.
