Economy difference between petrol and diesel?
is there much difference in mileage between diesel and petrol n a 1.4 auris

Hi Sean,
It depends on where you're driving. On long motorway hauls, the diesel can get close to 60mpg, whereas the petrol will be closer to 45mpg. Around town, the gap will be much less.
