Regardless of the make or model, swapping an auto for a manual gearbox is a huge amount of work and requires experience and expertise in the area. The physical replacement of the transmission is relatively straight forward, but the electronics can be a major headache, not to mention the restyle of the interior of the car. 

In short, we'd never recommend such a job.
