Well, it kind of depends on the dog and how high up they’re happy on jumping. Something such as a Honda CR-V would be best if you have a large dog, as it has one of the biggest boots in the class, and a Qasqhai +2 isn’t a bad choice either. To be hones though, you’re probably better off with a mid-size estate car, which will still have a huge boot and has a lower loading lip, making it easier for your dog to hop in and out. The Volkswagen Golf Estate, Skoda Octavia Combi and Toyota Auris Sports Tourer are all good choices.
