Does this Octavia have a timing belt?

Hi I know the Skoda Fabia 1.2 has a timming chain but I am Just wondering does the skoda octavia 1.4 (2008) have a timing belt or chain? Many Thanks

Hi Anthony,

Assuming you mean the non-turbocharged one (i.e. not the 1.4 TSI, which was only launched in 2008), then that car has a timing belt.
