As far as we can recall, later Hyundai Coupe models all had air conditioning – Hyundai has always been a company that offers a generous standard specification on all its vehicles, in order to tempt buyers of more established marques into the Korean firm’s showroom, and the Coupe was a high-level model so they should all have A/C.
