It's not unusual to hear ticking and clonking noises from under the bonnet of a modern car, even when the engine is turned off. There are many systems that reset themselves automatically and what you're referring to is most likely something in the fuel delivery system. If you need further reassurance, the car is certainly still under warranty, so bring it back to your Opel dealer to talk it through with them.
