Does the Audi A7 have a timing chain?
Does the Audi A7 have a timing chain , and does it need to be replaced after X miles/years. Car is running smoothly!

There are three different generations of A7 and each of them came with a wide selection of engines, so we'd need to know more information to be of help. For example, the first-generation 3.0 TDI model had a timing chain, as most did, but the latest 2.0 TDI engines use timing belts.
In general, timing chains don't have set replacement schedules and if everything is quiet and smooth, they should be fine.
