Does the 308 have height adjustable seats?
Do Peugeot 308 cars have height adjustable front passenger seats. Or could you recommend a hatchback with high level passenger seats(my wife has difficulty getting in and out of our Kia Rio.)

Yes, the Peugeot 308 has height-adjustable front passenger (and driver) seats on Active specification (that’s the middle-ranking grade) and above. Most other five-door hatches will have height-adjustable passenger seats available as an option at some level in the range.
