It's a little surprising that a new car needs an oil change with such low mileage, but don't ignore it. Most modern cars have a way to keep an eye on the oil quality and will suggest a change if it's deemed necessary. 

As it's so new, best bet is to bring it back to your Hyundai dealer for the work - and talk through with them if they consider this to be a normal timeframe.
