Does my 2008 diesel Nissan qashqai 2 litre have a timing belt? When should I be changing it?

Hi Rachel,
That engine uses a timing chain, not a belt. Chains don't generally have a set replacement schedule so don't worry about it unless it's noisy or there are other issues arising from it.
