Does my Hyundai belt need changing?
I have a 2009 Hyundai 1.2 comfort. My independent garage informs me that I am going to need a new timing belt at the next service. Is this true?

Hi Lee,
You've not told us the model, but we looked up both the i10 and the i20 and the 1.2-litre engines in those use timing chains, not belts. The chains would not normally be changed during a service unless a fault was detected.
