Does my Golf's belt need to be done again?
04 1.4 vw golf 140000 miles on the clock. Timing belt full change completed sept 2012 @ 95000 miles. Does this need to be done again

Hi Maeve,
The official advice for that engine is that the belt is checked by a mechanic at 90,000km and then every 30,000km after that until it's deemed necessary to change it. That schedule gets reset when you change the belt, obviously.
