Does my Ford Focus have a belt?
Hi Shane. Can you tell me if my car has a timing belt or chain and at what interval would it need replacing. Have a 2014 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost zetec model 125 hp model. Thank you.

That engine does have a timing belt. It should be changed at least every 240,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first.
