Does my Audi A1 have a timing chain?
I purchased a 2013 Audi A1 TFSI DBA-8XCAX 5DR AUTO. I was assured by salesman that there is a timing chain not belt..what is the case? Furthermore even after a short 10 minute drive the bonnet is extremely hot. I was told that is completely normal with a turbo vehicle!!??

According to that code, your car's engine does indeed have a timing chain.
Bonnets can get warm for sure, but I don't think I'd ever describe them as "extremely hot". If you are worried about that I suggest you bring the car along to a trusted mechanic to check it over for you.
