Theoretically it shouldn’t do. There is an old tale of buyers (and garages) being wary of buying Kerry-registered cars because of the state of that county’s roads, but overall the county of registration shouldn’t make an appreciable difference. Unless it’s All Ireland Final weekend, of course…
