Do I need to have my Ibiza's belt changed?
I have a 2017 Ibiza 1.2 peteol FR 88000 miles booked in for a belt change but hear it can be much later

Our information is that your car's belt doesn't even need checking until it has done 240,000km, but we'd certainly advocate for having it checked before that - and perhaps ring your local SEAT dealer for the official word on when they recommend it is replaced. There's no harm in changing it early of course.
