Do I need to change my up!'s belt?
My car is a VW UP 5 years old 14,300 miles when do you advise a. Cam belt change I am not aware of my car having any problems at this moment in time.

Timing belts must be changed on schedule or before regardless of issues with the car, as they wear. The up!'s belt must be changed after 240,000km regardless of age for the first time and then every 30,000km after that.
So no, you don't need to change your car's belt at this stage.
