Do I need to change my Qashqai's chain?
My Qashqai 2014 1.5 litre diesel is 295667km does this car has a timing chain and does it need to be changed asap I just bought it few days ago

The 1.5 diesel engine has a timing belt instead of a chain (though the 1.6 has a chain, not a belt...). The belt should be replaced at least every 240,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first. If there is no evidence of the belt having been changed in the past in your car then yes, you really should get it done right away.
