Do I need to change my Altea's belt?
Hi there I just bought a seat altea xl model. With 112,00km when do you think timing belt and water pump should be done. Or am I good for a while. I think he said it was done at about 80, 000km.

You've not told us the model year or anything about the engine, so we can't answer this one accurately, I'm afraid. Some engines in the Altea XLs used timing chains, some belts. For example, the popular 1.6-litre TDI diesel (2009-2015) uses a belt and it must be changed every 210,000km regardless of time.
