Do I need an international driving permit?
Hello, I am from India , I have a valid Indian driving licence. So I can drive for a period of 12 months. Is it mandatory to take a international driving permit as well from my home country to drive or only my driving licence is enough.

Yes, you do need the international driving permit as well as your own licence from India. If you are already in Ireland then the Embassy of India in Dublin should be able to help you with that.
