Do I have to pay unpaid tax on my van?
If I have not been using my van for a year do I have to pay back log if tax

Hi Yvonne,
I'm afraid you will be liable for the unpaid tax while the van was not being used unless you declared it off the road ahead of time. You can't do that after the fact.
