Do I have to pay back-tax?
Hi, I'm looking to change my car over to a jeep but it hasn't been taxed in 2 years, if the jeep is registered to the same address but different name do I still pay back tax

Unless you declared the car off the road to Revenue beforehand, you are liable for the back tax no matter what happens next with the car.
