You've not mentioned which engine your car has. If it has a timing chain, not a timing belt, then there are no scheduled change intervals, as the chain is designed for the life of the engine. That's the case for the 2015 1.2 petrol Qashqai, for example. However, if your car has the more common 1.5-litre diesel engine, it has a timing belt, which must be changed every 150,000km or five years, whichever comes first.
