I'm assuming you mean the VAT and VRT on that car on importation. 

VAT is an easy one; if it's payable, then it'll be 23 per cent of the price you paid for the car.

VRT is not calculated on the price of the car, though. The percentage you pay depends on the CO2 emissions rating (which wil vary considerably for a 2013 Passat so we'd need a lot more details to work that out) and the OMSP - Open Market Selling Price - which is the price Revenue believes the car to be worth in Ireland.
