Since you posted your question, a new 911 GTS has been launched and prices are on the UK and Ireland configurators. The base GTS costs just over €263,000 through official channels in Ireland.

The GTS's CO2 emissions figure puts it into the top band for VRT, at 41 per cent. Revenue would likely take that €263,000 or so as the Open Market Selling Price to base its VRT calculations on (though it could well go through the configurator to add any extras added to the car in question, upping the VRT bill in the process). Hence the VRT would be a minimun of 41 per cent of €263,000, i.e. €107,830.
