Cost of replacing a Leon's crankshaft?

You'll need to call a SEAT dealer parts department with your car's chassis number to get an accurate price, I'm afraid, but be aware that the crankshaft is a very expensive component and the work to change it is significant. The total bill including parts could easily run to over €5,000 I'm afraid.
