You've not told us which engine the car has, as that can make a difference, and the second-generation Qashqai was launched in 2014 as well, so is this the original or later car?

By way of example, the popular 1.5-litre diesel engine in the first-generation car takes about two hours to change. It would not be realistic for us to give you a cost for this as every garage charges a different hourly rate and they can get the parts from difference sources at different prices, too. Best bet is to shop around.
