Fiestas, like any cars, require more maintenance when they’re older, but the sheer popularity of Ford’s supermini means that parts are plentiful – and therefore cheap. You should never really run into big maintenance bills on the Fiesta, provided it has been looked after and you, in turn, look after it going forward, but turbochargers on diesel cars have a limited shelf life. That’s probably the biggest bill you’d face.
