Don’t. Buy. A. Chrysler. Sebring. It's a truly horrible car that was pretty quickly disowned by its own manufacturer. It would be reliable enough, but nothing special. The 159 is actually pretty solid, in reliability terms. As with any Alfa, some electrical flakiness is to be expected, but actually they were always a decently built car. Get one with a full service history and look after it and it should be fine.
