Well, there aren't any second hand ones yet - the new Tipo was only launched in December, although you might find some nearly-new examples around. It's a decent, affordable family hatch that seems reasonably well built. It is a bit noisy and not the best thing to drive, but it's acceptable for the relatively bargain price Fiat is asking for it. Roomy too.
