Can you help estimate the VRT on a 2007 Porsche 911?
Hi looking to import Uk 2007 911 base model auto Am finding it very difficult to estimate likely VRT as model not listed on VRt website Can you help!

Hi Jonathan,
That's the difficulty with importing niche models, unfortunately, and hence it's not easy to estimate what Revenue will say is the so-called Open Market Selling Price (OMSP) of the car. The VRT rate will be 41 per cent as that car emitted more than 191g/km.
If, for example, Revenue suggests it's worth €50,000 after registration, then the VRT bill would be €20,500.
