Pretty much any of the mid-size MPVs will do this – Renault Scenic, Citroen C4 Picasso, Toyota Verso, Kia Carens. If you’re not keen on MPVs, try a Skoda Yeti – that gets three individual seats in the back, all of which can be adjusted (and even removed), which helps you to juggle the space around a bit.
