Can we sell a car that is due its NCT?
We will be trying to sell our car in December. It is taxed until the end of December and the NCT is due in early December. Can we sell a car that is due its NCT? If so will we lose a lot on the value? It is a 2003 Ford Fiesta, so the retail price wouldn't be huge anyway. Thanks

Hi Conor,
You will lose a little, but as you suggest, on a 13-year old car, not a huge amount. Even so, it could be worth getting an early test done, because it’s always easier to sell a car with a full NCT.
