Can I use my Malaysian licence in the UK?
Can I buy and own a used car and drive them in UK ? I am Malaysian with Malaysia driving license.

Anyone can buy a used car, licence or not.
If you are resident in the UK, then you can use your Malaysian licence to drive there for a maximum period of 12 months. In that time you must pass your test to obtain a UK licence if you plan to stay longer.
