Can I use a different engine in my Polo?
I need a new engine in my car 1.2 12valve bme engine code polo 2007. Would a aqz engine fit and would i need the ecu and wiring loom aswell?

Hi Jamie,
The AZQ engine will physically fit in the engine bay, no problem, but it is recommended that the loom and ECU are also transferred over to reduce the possibility of problems. Make sure you talk all of this through with the mechanic that will be doing the job before buying the replacement engine.
