That’s a tricky one, as generally credit scores don’t move from country to country. Even going from Ireland to Northern Ireland wipes out your credit history, so you may struggle to find a finance house willing to use your US history. I think the best advice is to set up a bank account with one of the major high street banks and then have a long chat with the bank manager. They’ll be able to steer you right.
