Can I swap the Grande Punto's engine?
Could I put a 1.2 engine from a 2006 fiat grande punto into a 1.4 2006 fiat grande punto, does it and the same place for the engine mounts and what else would I have to change like the ECU and stuff??

Hi David,
It should be relatively straight-forward, and it will definitely fit in, but there could be electronic complications that are hard to predict, such as the throttle pedal and wiring loom. Also, we'd recommend you use the correct gearbox. All in all I don't think it could be worth the effort involved.
